Peter Strott has been practicing law for 20 years in the construction, business, insurance, collections and personal injury areas. A Cum Laude graduate from the University of Georgia and a former law clerk on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, his expertise includes dispute resolution through litigation, arbitration and mediation in State and Federal courts, including bench and jury trial practice and appellate practice, and in a multitude of arbitral forums. His practice involves a wide range of disputes for local, national and international clients. He has resolved commercial disputes, construction disputes, contract disputes, real estate disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, personal injury claims (both plaintiff and defense), secured transaction disputes, insurance coverage issues, employment issues, and business dispute issues. He is also skilled at drafting construction contracts and other agreements for large, medium and small projects, and for owners, developers, general contractors and subcontractors.
